/ IT Workforce Competencies /CIOs of Public Health Departments find it a challenge to effectively envision, establish, and maintain the IT infrastructure that supports our public health departments when they or their staff do not have or develop critical core work competencies. The IT Workforce Competencies area of the NAPHIT web site provides or links to information about IT workforce competency issues. We welcome any feedback on this area of the site, and especially encourage people to contribute any additional items relevant to IT workforce compentencies. Please ensure that you have permission to post any materials that you send. We also request that you include a brief description of the item you are sending.
